将 BoolPropertyValidator 中的 isTrue 重命名为 isTrueValue，
避免与 BasePropertyValidator 中的 isTrue 产生歧义；
isFalse 也相应地重命名为 isFalseValue。

将 `BoolPropertyValidator` 中的 `isTrue` 重命名为 `isTrueValue`，
避免与 `BasePropertyValidator` 中的 `isTrue` 产生歧义；
